These Terms govern your use of COKESIR’s team commerce analytics, AI insights, TikTok statistics, and content publishing services.
1. Accounts and teams
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and use only accounts and shop data you are authorized to manage. Administrators control team invitations, roles, shops and deletion. Actions taken through your account are your responsibility.
1A. Paid authorization periods
Paid customer access is activated manually after offline payment confirmation and is limited to the modules and authorization period agreed with COKESIR. Access and scheduled synchronization stop when the period expires or the authorization is suspended. Data is retained rather than automatically deleted, and access may resume after renewal. Customers cannot extend their own term or enable unpurchased modules. Payment, renewal and refund terms follow the applicable offline sales agreement.
2. Analytics and imports
You retain rights in data you enter or import and grant COKESIR the limited rights required to validate, store, aggregate, visualize, export and analyze it, and to store and deliver product images and product packages that you upload. You are responsible for accuracy, lawful collection, intellectual-property rights and permission to share that data. Commission estimates, currency conversions and rankings depend on the sales data, rules and exchange rates supplied by your administrators and do not constitute payroll, tax or accounting records. Customer-service, host and supervisor evaluations are internal management aids and must be reviewed by authorized managers before employment decisions. Order records may include buyer and shipment information; you must have a lawful basis to process it, restrict access appropriately, and avoid importing unnecessary personal information. Creator contact and attributed performance data must be collected lawfully, kept accurate, and shared only with team members who need it for partnership management. Supplier, purchase, payment, bank-receipt and reconciliation records are operational records. You must verify them against source documents, restrict access to authorized staff and retain records as required by applicable accounting, tax, employment and privacy laws. COKESIR does not initiate bank transfers or replace professional accounting controls. Product-link diagnostics use the fields and same-shop comparison sample available in each report. Priority scores, possible causes and suggested actions are decision aids rather than guarantees of traffic, sales or causation.
3. AI-assisted analysis
AI and rule-based results are operational aids, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not financial, legal or professional advice. You must review recommendations before acting. COKESIR does not automatically change advertising, prices, products or accounts. Pricing screenshot recognition extracts visible amounts and derives rates from the detected revenue; you must compare every result with the original statement before using it.
4. TikTok authorization and publishing
You grant only permissions shown on TikTok and may revoke them. Advertising, audience, creative, catalog, store, Business Center, account, reporting, measurement, and Creator Marketplace actions are limited to company-owned or explicitly authorized assets and must be initiated by authorized staff. Each post requires you to select the video, caption, privacy and interaction settings and confirm music rights. You must comply with TikTok policies. COKESIR is independent, not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok, and cannot guarantee API availability, posting success, reach or processing time.
5. Acceptable use
You may not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful or unauthorized data or content; access another person’s account without authority; bypass security or platform limits; introduce malicious code; scrape or reverse engineer unlawfully; or violate law or third-party policies.
6. Privacy and security
Our Privacy Policy describes data practices. You must use reasonable security, promptly report suspected compromise and avoid placing sensitive personal information in free-text fields or imports unless necessary and lawful.
7. Intellectual property
COKESIR and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design and documentation. These Terms provide a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service as intended.
8. Changes, suspension and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, legal requirement or third-party restriction. On valid deletion request, data is handled under the Privacy Policy, subject to required retention.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” COKESIR disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, content or goodwill. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of fees paid in the preceding 12 months or USD 100. Non-excludable liability is unaffected.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
